As a former stripper who has had her share of table dances and champagne rooms is that men will reveal their fantasies to a total stranger when the woman is naked in front of them and that is why they go to strip clubs and escorts/sex workers. I have probably seen it all or heard about fetishes from women I worked with. In my personal life, my ex-husband's number one fantasy/fetish was to be with two women or watch two women together. But I suspect that his fantasy/fetish of seeing bisexuality was that he was afraid to admit his own bisexuality and it turned him on to manifest it with women. And although he would never let me be with other men, it turned him on to see other men watching me be a sexual being on stage. He taught me to see women the way men see them, i.e. how they look at different body parts and what turns a man on.
